  • Project commenced: 2018
  • Project ends: 2022
  • Objective: to establish, develop, and evaluate a co-innovation and adoption model.

How the project works

This program aims to utilise the Elders Livestock Agency and Advisor network to act as a conduit of information between Meat & Livestock Australia and livestock producers throughout Queensland. Elders ground staff will solicit producer’s needs, research, development and adoption ideas and identify innovative producers for case studies.

The project will assess the model in a number of ways. Activities include:

  • extensive surveying of producers
  • co-delivery of technical workshops
  • development of case studies
  • demonstration sites.
